Association of India) to the exclusive Chef’s table dinner to celebrate Chef

The special menu inspired by Chef Davide Canazi’s childhood
is on offer for a week till November 10th
to celebrate Chef’s birthday on the 9th. The Chef’s fondness for
using fresh ingredients and his passion for food make the special dishes on
offer delicious and surprisingly light.
Had a superb meal made all the more special to see it all prepared
in front of us. Seated at the Chef’s table, we ate a 3 course meal inspired by
Chef Davide’s mother’s cooking providing the best of regional Italian cuisine:
Insalata Di Rucola,
Nocie Pecorino Toscano, a salad of rocket, walnut and pecorino toscano cheese
with marinated zucchini. Light and flavourful, each ingredient could be tasted…
Risotto Gamberetti E
Zucchini, a shrimp risotto redolent with generous splashes of sauvignon
blanc followed by
Crespelle Alle Mele
Con Salsa Alla Arancia E Cointreau, light apple crepes with a Cointreau
butter sauce
Totally delicious….
These specialities can be enjoyed a la carte, as a set menu
or treat yourself to the Chef’s table.
Cost varies from Rs 2099 upwards (plus taxes) depending on
what you opt for…. Try for the Chef’s table it’s a visual treat seeing Chef
prepare each dish while explaining the ingredients with the added benefit of improving your cooking skills.
